Starting with a flat road warm-up, transitioning
into threshold climbing at cadences building
from 62rp, to 68rpm.
After 6 steeper sections the first break of the
class hits over half an hour in.
We then finish off with 4 very intense,
near-sprint, and full sprint
flat road intervals.
