One of the many regular classes held by COG Cardio, science based cycling training coordinated mainly to: Trance, Psy-Trance, Hard Techno, and DnB music for the ultimate endorphin rush that anyone can enjoy!

Most hour long rides involve a lot of endurance training and have lower average cadences than the 45 min rides (approx 70rpm average). They also mix in interval sections for a very challenging workout.

Rides 31, 34, 35, 39 have large amounts of steady threshold training. Rides 23, 27, 30, 37, 40, have more interval elements. All on rotation week by week.

Prepare for your class

All classes are currently held via ‘Zoom’ which can be downloaded by clicking here. You do not need to make an account, I will send you a link to the meeting 5-10 mins before the starting time of any class you have booked. I recommend using a computer instead a phone/tablet plugged into a good sound system, feeling the music is vital to my classes!
